It's the weights, white coloured, near the exclamation icon (report post). The green thing is to tell if your online.

Thats the reputation.

no, the green thing shows you are online (as gstar explained above)

The green thing under your post count is definitely the reputation though.

Thanks for the addition :) Just one question of suggestion. Is there a way to review the number of reputation points you have or can this be added to the application? :)

You can see them if you go onto User CP, it should be the first thing you see once you click that. Also, if you click the rep sign (the weights) it comes up with how many reputation points you have.
