What if you had taken a pic of a girl when she was 17 but meanwhile she turned 18 and you want to post the pic now? Is that still considered underage?

yes it is you numpty, you cant take a pic of a 5 year old girl and show it when she turns 18, the pic is still of a 5 year old.

dont post underage stuff!!

thats why the thread was deleted. it doesnt matter if shes 19 now, if she was underage at the time the picture was taken its not allow'd

So far as I know Emma Watson is now 18 so would more recent photos count.

Here's the reason for those that still complaining:

the US law states if a minor's (someone under 18) pic can be proven to be used in a sexually gratifying way, then it is a form of ch1ldp0rn. This is an adult site; so people here are here for sexual gratification... Due to the majority of users being from the US, any pic within this website must be over the age of 18. No argument.

some have mentioned the "tabloids" "junk spreads" whatever you wanna call em, these magazines/papers claim they're not an adult publication. Tabloid press; have billions of dollars to keep those sorts of arguments in courts until the owners of the magazines have died.

I don't have thousands let alone billions! I don't want to go to jail for something I'm not interested in, just cause you don't know the law.

on a side note, the one member that PMed me calling a "tight assed prude" over this issue has been given a permanent ban! We don't want that sort of member here!
