Same here, 100% straight, not a crossdresser, married! with kids! In fact happily married for six years.
Been a long time visitor of whale tail, have the complete archive, I even know what time Garv posts every friday.
Started wearing them about four years ago, first ordered male thongs than found the women's nicer. So, for a long time now me and my wife shop together and we share both the male and female's.
In the beginning, I exposed a bit but not anymore, it is not a pretty sight especially on men, not as sexy as women, I have to tell you that peepmymalewhaletail, although it can be very sexy with your wife or gf in private. And for me, I also have kids so it is not a nice thing but hey it has been four years and they are all I enjoy to wear for underwear.

No need to bash, if anyone wants to bash, give it a shot first for one day, then if you find it is disgusting as you think, come back and bash.

In fact, I am sure lots of us here wear them just can't say it, I am not saying all of us but lots ;-)

I thought I'd call your bluff and try wearing one of my girlfriends' and to my suprise I really liked wearing it. I bought a male gstring and found them to be not as much fun. any ideas on how to buy some without it being ridiculosuly awkward?

Guys wearing thongs/G-strings is more common than people think. alot of straight guys do after they wear them the first time, the only problem is people trying them for the firt time. Any large city will have an adult mens store(gay store) which has many many different types of underwear for men, and they are all extremely courteous and respectful. I've never found it awkward going into a place such as Priape as a straight man, its coming out where i get a little bit nervous, but for no reason. The internet also has a bunch of good sites for it. Google "Mens Thongs" and youll get a bunch of good stores right at the top. certain large stores also sell retail model male thongs, such as walmart, or in canada the bay. I don't sugest retail styles because theyre not nearly as comfertable. i have no idea how you guys wear womens thongs, isnt it a bit hard to fit male genetalia inside? cause i bet womens do fit better if they could somehow hold the package-womens thongs have been made for much longer time so they have better anatomical fit, althouth i find Gregg male thongs are AMAZING fit, perfect.
PS: i suggest going into a store first, so you can find a good fit, and look at them in person and to size right.

Fredericks of Hollywood's has some nice ladies thongs that fit us and they are very comfortable, if you want to buy ladies, if you want to buy male's try Body Aware, great collection and very very comfortable.
