in the User CP. up the top left above the post reply button there's an edit avatar if you want to upload your own you can go to a page like this

and upload it. hope that helps.

When i click to that u saw me it appears only the box "Pre-defined Generic Avatars" !
This that u have marked with red it does not appear!
Do i sth wrong????

ah garv i don't think you ever set it up for just regular members, only the admins, Smods and mods have that option i think
