It's pretty easy fastdanu. Go to www.freeporndumpster.com then click on "upload files". Actually just tried it myself to give you the right instructions, and nothing happened when clicking on upload files. Maybe it's down for now. There is a thread on the forum about approved image hosts, so maybe check that out and choose another host.
Just checked again and freeportndumpster is working
