I don't think it's Sarah Michelle Gellar.

I'm pretty sure that it's her stunt double, if you watch the fight scene that the screen-cap is taken from you'll see her double is used for basically all of the shots except for ones where you can clearly "Buffy's" face... And even then you get a few obvious shots of the stunt double's face during roundhouse kicks and front-flips.
