Can't post pictures, help

Ok I've read ever thread not only the ones with all the hot photos but Help & FAQ and I have not been able to see how I post pictures. Now I am trying it on a new thread I'm not sure if that's any different then on an exsisting thread. But when ever I hit the Manage Attachements it says I have attached the maximum numbers of files 0. Can anyone be of help I'm tired of looking and would like to add some WT photos I've taken.

Try
http://www.imagehigh.com/ ,,browse for the pics on your computer...click the upload button. Once uploaded,copy the code for Forums,,that starts with [URL= (Uppercase) then paste in in your post. You can then click "Go Advanced" at the bottom,,then "Preview",,,if the thumbs show up as they should,,,then you've got your post.Hit "Submit Reply",,,job done.

ok I spent a while on this and I can find no "upload" to click. I have the photos on the computer o problem but cant get them for everyone else to see.
