It wouldn't be that hard to draw; keep in mind that it's only a matter of shading.

Yeah, I can't think of how else it would be done. Someone good at photoshop wouldn't have trouble doing that.

Those are some great pictures and what and idea!!

I agree with a few others that they have probably been draw on and editted in PS.
