i do get a wegie if the thong is to small but never been given a wegie i gave a chick one and snapped it later and broke it she just laughed bout it the next day

Meh, thongs do not give you wedgies unless you wear the wrong size or do a lot of bending (say bending and lifting)

I have given my girlfriend wedgies before... but only to tease her. She has gotten mad at me a couple of times for it though
