First the question....I have a lot of great pics to post - but some of them are bmp files....and some of them are quite large bmp files.....is there any freeware to compress bmp to jpg, or should I post them with a warning for dialup users? Thanks...now the pics

Firstly, those pics are great.

Secondly - You can open the BMP images in Microsoft Paint (comes on every PC running Windows) and save them as JPEG. Or you can use a program called IrfanView, which you can do the same thing with. Any more questions, just ask

great update, there has to be a quick free BMP to JPG convertor out there, but i haven't come across one in my short search.
